CMN attorneys Joseph Jeffery and Stuart Primack won a hard-fought trial on behalf of CMN client United of Omaha on a claim for ERISA plan disability benefits. The case was tried before Judge Young Kim in the federal court for the Northern District of Illinois in October 2014 and judgment was entered in favor of United of Omaha on January 28, 2015. Solid defense expert testimony coupled with effective cross-examination of the plaintiff and his expert witnesses carried the day for United of Omaha.
