Aimee has been an associate with Chittenden, Murday & Novotny LLC since 2022 and her practice includes insurance and commercial litigation. She is involved in litigating such matters as life insurance rescission and interpleader cases, ERISA-related claims, and commercial contract disputes.

EDUCATION

Aimee graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018, where she was an associate editor of The International Law Review and a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. As a law student, Aimee also volunteered with Street Law, Inc. to develop and teach practical law lessons to high school students. Aimee graduated from Michigan State University in 2013 with a dual major in Political Science and Economics.

Aimee is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Practice Highlights

Aimee represents clients in a variety of civil and commercial matters, including litigation involving tort claims and life and disability insurance contract issues. She has prevailed in multiple arbitration hearings, summary judgment arguments, and motions to dismiss.

Publications

In 2022, Aimee contributed to Recent Developments in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Disability Insurance Case Law, published annually in the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal.
