Rob Loewer is a business lawyer with more than two decades of General Counsel, CFO, and other senior management experience. He has been recognized for his innovation and hard work in making significant contributions to businesses as an attorney and was awarded First Chair’s Top General Counsel Award, an honor ordinarily granted to Fortune 500 General Counsel.



Rob graduated from the University of Toledo in 1991 (B.A. in both History & Political Science) and received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1995, an MBA from Dominican University in 1995 and a Masters in Science of Accounting in 2007, with high honors.


He is a licensed attorney in Illinois and a licensed Solicitor in England, the equivalent of a business attorney in the UK.

Rob has structured and negotiated many business transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, supply, distribution, agency, representative, marketing, advertising, employment contracts, large scale projects, bank loans, guarantees/bonds/letters of credit, commercial real estate, equipment leasing, trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property licensing, research and development, software, master service agreements, engineering, consulting agreements and government bidding and contracting.


Rob has authored numerous articles and frequently speaks at such organizations as the Association of Corporate Counsel, The CFO Alliance, Ocean Tomo Trade Secret Management & Monetization Symposium, Global Outsourcing Association of Lawyers, Association for Corporate Growth, Center Force Group’s Intellectual Property Strategy Summit, International Executive Resources Group, the Commercial Law League and other corporate and legal business professional groups.
