Stuart F. Primack focuses his practice on the litigation of commercial disputes, tort claims, post-judgment enforcement and collection actions and ERISA-related claims litigation. Stuart serves as counsel for several large life, health and disability insurers and administrators, fiduciaries, employers, self-insured benefit plans and financial services companies and practices in state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, before arbitrators and mediators and other tribunals throughout the country.

Stuart has extensive experience in commercial and tort-related litigation and in defending ERISA plans, plan administrators, claim administrators, insurance companies and employers in a wide array of employee benefits litigation matters, including life, health and disability claims and ERISA breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims.
